I had one memory card failure in 10 years. It was a destination wedding. I used 2 bodies but I prefer one lens over the other for portraits. Most of the bride and groom portraits was on that card. 'm so glad for the backup.

Dual card slot camera are so cheap that it's negligence not to use it.

I buy car insurance, house insurance, profesional photography liability, and my full time job insurance. I consider dual card slot as a one time payment insurance.

I hope I never have to use it but I'm glad to have it.
