Samsung EK-GC200 Help
Jan 29, 2019
I need your help. I am attempting to retrieve images for a friend off of her Samsung camera. This was her deceased husbands camera and she knows nothing about how to operate it...and as I am not familiar with Samsung cameras I apparently am as clueless as she is. The EK-GC200 has internal memory and a mini SD card. I was able to copy the images from the SD cards to the computer. However I am not able to access the images stored in the internal memory of the camera. These images can be viewed from the camera but when I connect the camera to the computer I cannot find them. Only one image is there and it is one we accidentally shot yesterday when we were handling the camera. When I view the images from the gallery selection on the camera it shows there are 509 images and I can view them from the camera...but again, am unable to access them in any other manner than viewing them from the camera.
I am using the Kies application and it appears to be running fine. It connects to the camera and I am able to access the photos from the SD card but am unable to find the images (except for the one taken yesterday) from the internal memory. Any idea where these images are and/or how to access them?
Thanks for your help
