Hi all. Just wanted to kick in my 2 cents/pennyworth. I have way to many cameras, but I did see a deal on new/old E-P5 on US Ebay last week. $259US for a new E-P5 body. Couldn't resist and I picked one up.

It arrived yesterday, factory sealed, and I unpacked it this morning to charge it and set it up, so I've no more than half a dozen quick snaps to make sure it's working. I did have to update the firmware from 1.2 to 1.8, so that's how long it's sat around on some dealer's shelf.

I've never held a camera in the E-P series before, but I have to say that I just love the heft and feel of it. It feels very solid in-hand and the control layout feels good too.

I know this is old hat to a lot of you, but I do think this camera will get a lot of use going forward.

Alan,

I love my E-P5 and it is my main system camera for my photography pursuit.  Made amazing prints out of it and if I want to make even bigger prints, I use both my Panasonic Leica 25mm and use the 45mm to stitch to make even bigger prints.  All in all, it's one heck of a value camera and my E-P5 continues to work forever.  If my E-P5 fails then I'll just buy another one to replace it.
