Travel Lenses for Ireland

New to the forum, wanted to get some opinions for upcoming vacation trip to Ireland.  Will be taking  my Oly OM-D EM1 Mk II and 3-4 lenses. I know my 7-14mm f2.8 is in the bag for sure.  Trying to decide between taking my 12-100mm f4 or 12-40mm f2.8 + 40-150mm f2.8. I will also bring my 17mm f1.8.  The focal length of 100mm vs 150mm is my quandary. I know that 100mm will reach out for most telephoto shots, but don’t want to regret not having the 150mm option, not to mention the addition of my 1.4 teleconverter. Not having to swap lenses as often with the 12-100mm would be nice as well as the reduced overall weight.  I normally leave the big 40-150mm pro 2.8 at home if traveling abroad.  Not ever traveling to Ireland, leaves me second guessing my first thoughts, bring the more convenient 12-100mm f4 Pro.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Doug
