Four Thirds lenses

I shoot a variety of things, from wildlife, to fast action, to portraits and low-light work.
I have the 12-40pro, which is great, but buying quality lenses for all of these types of shooting is a bit pricey, and I just can't justify a $1000-1500 lens for each type of shot.  WIth used Four Thirds lenses being very well priced these days, I'm wondering if this might be a viable alternative.

I'm asking those of you who are using adapted 43rds lenses with your cameras:

How it's working?
Are you getting decent image quality?
Is the 50-200 f2.8-3.5 a viable option?
Are there specific lenses (besides the SHG series) that I should be looking at as well?

TIA
