Go for Olympus 12 100mm, that is tactical short midlong range, you will not willing to change often during the travel,

For wild + life, you can use PL 100 400mm for great wild shooting sensation.

I do wonder about the extra light offered by the Pana 35-100 and Oly 12-40 at the beginning and end of the day on the safari. But I don’t know if one stop will make a difference.

That's it, Greattt!!!!

Cheers

Quite often on safari, at night or dusk, you will be driven up close to a kill or a leopard up a tree. In this case, a 75mm f1.8 will be what you want. F2.8 will still be too slow and longer than 75mm not needed. For sunset red skies, dusty mist dawn landscapes etc, a DUAL IS f4 is fine.

M43 equivalence: "Twice the fun with half the weight"
"You are a long time dead" -
Credit to whoever said that first and my wife for saying it to me. Make the best you can of every day!
