Logic choice A7iii, heart&investment lies with M

Apologies for the million'th topic about i can't choose, please help.

Basically, I've invested into the EOS M system for years and have come to love it.
I started investing because of a deal I couldn't pass on (many years ago the EOS M1 + 18-55 + 22mm was available for 350euro...jumped for it).
I bought it for the financial part, but soon realized this system has a lot of potential.

This is my kit:

EOS M1
EOS M100 (since a week)
270EX II
18-55mm
11-22mm
22mm
Also have:
Sony A7 body (to use with some manual lenses I inherited)
Pansonic FZ1000 (impressive little bugger, bought it for a very low price)
Since i can put some camera costs on my independant business, I stand before the choice of further keeping & investing in the EOS M line, or buying an A7III with 28-75mm tamron lens. There is a BIG financial difference between the two choices, but if possible please put those aside for the biggest part.
I like the thought of having a full frame camera with stabilisation, a 28-75mm zoom, amazing autofocus abilities. But I keep coming back to the EOS M line with love for its simplicity.
So my choice is to buy the Sony kit, or buy the EOS M 32mm now and wait for an updated M body somewhere this year.
Opinions are very much welcomed.
Kind regards,

-Michel
