One of the best 4K lenses on the EOS R is the incredible, cheap, and stabilized 10-18mm STM IS.

You should look into getting one for vlogging and general wide angle video.

hi,

thanks for your recommendation, if i use a APSC lens on EOS R, will it affect the video quality?

aka can i still use 4K - 30fps, Full HD 1080 - 60fps ?

I just picked up this lens yesterday (10-18 EFS lens). I see this lens as being useful for only 1 thing... Camera on Gimbal, handheld, facing me. That is really where you need the extra width. For anything NOT facing me, or not on a gimbal, I will likely use one of my full-frame lenses.

However, any time you are on a gimbal, you'll want a light weight lens (even if you don't always need the 10-18 width). For that reason, I've been considering the 40mm f/2.8 or the EFS 28mm f/2.8 pancake lens. Not sure if there are any good lightweight APSC zooms that might work as well.

For this purpose you might as well just use an Osmo Pocket.
