Really? Link? How about you got to Flikr, 500px wherever and show me the amount of vertical street phitography. Than show me the comparisons between vert & horz, then can you provide proof that they used a GX8 or a Pen to achieve these vertical shots?

i do not think flikr is very representative of the strret photographer’ market. I prefer to look at photo boooks

Not that I'm advocating Flickr but how many people are still buying actual physical books these days? eBooks sure but real books? Sadly, the reign of books are over just like film. Sure, there will always (hopefully) be people still buying some but most people, specially today's generation will only be reading digitally. Street photography will also be consumed digitally by today's generation.

Showing my age perhaps, but I have a few photography books, including one about studio portrait photographer Yousuf Karsch (Karsh: A Fifty-Year Retrospective ). I would greatly suggest putting on your Xmas wish list books about one of the masters of street photography, Henri Cartier Bresson (Henri Cartier-Bresson : Photographe or its English translation for those French-challenged among you, Henri Cartier-Bresson: Photographer).

Good books for sure but as for me , none of those would be in my top 10 for street photography ( ok maybe the one you mentioned from HCB would be at number 10
