All images taken with OMD EM1 Mark 2, Kenko extension tubes, 60mm macro by Olympus and the Raynox 250. Focus stacks of between 80 and 250 images depending on the shot.

All are amazing shots - I'm stuck between to grains of sand and quartz and the snowflakes as my favourites. I think maybe the hoar frost frames represent the greater technical achievement and are all the much harder to capture.

But I hope you won't mind me saying that I'm visually frustrated that the fabulous grain of sand frame has an incomplete reflection, it's otherwise stunning - and for this reason, I prefer the quartz frame as a 'picture' - it sits more easily with me.

I may just have to redo that picture!!
