My first keeper with the GFX50R
10

Hi guys,

Finally, I came back from the rainy weekend DC.    I was able to play a little bit with the GFX50R (not enough sadly), and while being "stuck" in a bar in Georgetown, I captured this at ISO 6400.  Really like how the camera behaves, though it requires some learning curve.  I would not trust shooting the camera at slowest 1/(2*FL) shutter speeds handheld.  Thus far if the 45 mm is mounted, I will use 1/100s as the minimum shutter speed and 1/125 s for the 63 mm.

The noise appears well controlled, and the files are "malleable", a lot of latitude in post-processing even at relatively high ISO.

Overall, it is a great experience to own the GFX camera, and the GFX + 45 2.8 is lighter than the Canon 5DIV + 35 1.4 ii

(still untitled)

Cheers,

Max
