Resistance is futile (lens choices)

With the current sale and additional discounts at Amazon and B&H, I'm looking for a gift for myself.  I use my X-T2 for family gatherings, mainly photos of my 3 grandchildren (1-3 years old), and for travel, with a trip to Italy planned next fall.

Let's narrow this down to the FL range of 16 - 200mm for this decision.   I'm willing to spend up to $1,000.   Choices are:

1) Buy the 16mm f/1.4.   Use for indoor shots along with existing 35/1.4 and 50/2.0.   I also have the 10-24 and 18-135 for travel.   I tend not to use the zooms indoors.

2) Buy the 16-55/2.8, sell 18-135, consider adding 55-200.

3) Sell the 18-135 now in anticipation of the 16-80 release next year.   Could still buy the 16/1.4 for indoor and outdoor winter fun.

So really I'm debating between the 16/1.4 and 16-55, leaning towards the 16/1.4.

I've read all the reviews and postings, with are great - which should I buy first?
