King 7S 3D phone on sale!

Ok, i got the phone.

It is brand new, i removed the original foil and started a quick test.
A part from "Legends of Flight" was nice so i buyed it immediately, because i was sure the phone was never used.

Now at home:
Colors and black levels are great (IPS screen)
Viewing angle not so much, i have to be moveless and watch directly from center. (this is acceptable)
But even from the best position i still see ghosting especially at high contrast scenes. This should be avoided. (i tried from different distances too)
I watched a few mpo files and then videos. Unfortunately all my videos was like slow-mo, even fullhd hsbs videos. Audio-video are out of sync, etc. I tested with the built in player and with sView. As i thinked about which player or what other encoder should i use, i was back to pictures, and discovered that some of my photos has a thin horizontal line. But not all of them, around one from 4. I made quickly a few 2560x1440 test pictures, all pixels with the same color. Black, white, greys and blue looked perfect, but the red picture has a black, 1 pixel wide horizontal line The green picture has this line in yellow!

How can this be? If i have dead pixels, i should see on the white test picture, right? But that's perfect.

Maybe a software bug? Or this phone has RGBW panel??

I don't know what to do now. Ok, it's not always visible, but its still an error. Seller don't want to give my money back, because i tested before buying (not enough). Banggood will not send a brand new to me, because the phone is still usable. If they refund some $$ the line will still be here

I'm sad.
