Large format A3, A3+, or A2 photo scanner recommendation?

It seems that most A2 scanners are pedestal-style “book scanners” that come with a host of issues for photo scanning including glare, lighting, color, etc. Makes sense that they only need to be good enough to capture text with enough detail for reading and OCR. On the other hand, I intend to scan LARGE photos around A2 size and larger with enough quality that a resulting A2 print from my Epson 3880 will not suffer in comparison without close scrutiny.

That said, I may have to settle for an A3/Tabloid scanner, since there doesn’t seem to be much available for A2 sized flatbed photo scanners. Is there anything in-between, like a SuperA3+ photo flatbed canner?
