M4/3 to 1", now back to M4/3

For some the 1" cams will do just fine and I think a mirrorless series which would have gone full force, unlike the Nikon 1, would be very succesfull since the IQ out of the Sony 1" sensors is really good and at base ISO indistinguishable (to me) from the best mFTs. At higher ISO's there is a 2/3 stop difference may be compared to EM1.2 it is a bit more but that is nothing problematic.

But we do not have such a system, so mFT is the cam with the smallest "large" sensor in an interchangable lens outfit out there. And luckily it has a very extensive line up and some very capable camera's. Let's hope the next year will see a new step up over what is currently available. To me Em1.2 is all I need and more, but to keep mFT viable as a system we need better and smaller, not bigger and better...
