It's interesting to hear about the gradient issue. That does sound like a big hassle for your type of work, or pretty much anyone that shoots landscape.
Our kit is shaping up to be similar. I've been sporting the pair of M50 bodies and did also pick up a M100 a while back. The WIFI features on the M50 are great overall. I just wish transfer speeds were faster so I could push video footage from the camera to PC quicker because it's so convenient.
Started getting footage for a video about the EF-M 22mm and 32mm lenses.
I think it's faster on the wifi than Sony was which I don't think is really optimized to transfer video. I wouldn't recommend the M for video but I'm not a motion picture artist so wouldn't be qualified in that realm. I'm mostly a landscape photographer and Sony wanted me to change my shooting style because they were telling me I was getting the banding issue due to underexposing... They thought I should overexpose in raw and then bring the details out of the highlights - That is backwards of what Ansel Adams taught with the Zone System. So it was more annoying than anything. Canon seems to be more in my neighborhood.
