How to up-/downscale an image to print at native PPI in LR

I have just bought an Epson SC-P800

As I understand it I'm better off controlling the up-/downscaling of images myself before printing.

My printer wants to print at 360PPI, alternativly 720 DPI.

Example:

I want to print my image on a 30 x 20 cm surface at 360 PPI, for this I need an image of 4252 x 2835. However my image is only 3307 x 2205. I then need to upscale my image. how do I do that? Do I export the image from LIghtroom and select output size 4252 x 2835 and then import it back into lightroom? Or is there a way to do this without using the export function?

The same question for if I need to downscale an image.
