Can Ricoh GR III be competitive with X100F Fuji?

For some time I have to decide on a compact high-end mirrorless to carry in your pocket every day. I look forward to the new Ricoh GRIII or do I get the Fujifilm X100F? It's a not easy choice to make. The aesthetic aspect is certainly in favor of X100F and perhaps also the quality images with the 23mm F2. But after reading that Ricoh GRIII will also have the optical stabilization then likely that with the 18mm f2.8 can easily earn a few stops and get closer to the ISO of the X100F. I do not want to go into the size and weight where Ricoh is almost 50% less. I point to image quality but also to pocket portability. I really like the b / w of X100F and the Acros system. Fuji X100F is larger but still pocket-sized. What do you say? ... I wait and see if Ricoh's promises will be kept? Thank you
