Get a Grip on your LX10/LX15
5

I put off buying this camera for almost two years because it was so damn slippery and no one was really making a nice, aftermarket grip for it. Recently I was putting some Talon Grips on one of my handguns and got to thinking about using Talon Grip Tape to increase the grip on a LX10. Found out that Talon Grip sells their product in 5"X7" sheets. Bought the camera and the Talon Grip thru Amazon along with an Exacto knife and went to town putting grip where I wanted. It cuts easily and precisely. Has a white backing paper to draw out your patterns.

I can't tell you how much it improved the handling of this "bar of soap" camera! The Talon Grip is very thin, rubbery without being sticky and really adheres well. The grip is simply tremendous. I put applications in strategic locations to use a "thumb and index finger" grip on the left so put some on the flash top and bottom left.

Its not a difficult job to do, and depending on your skill with cutting the material precisely, you can end up with a pretty professional job. If you don't like your work, peel it off and start over. There is plenty of material in 5X7 to do about three cameras. The material sticks but comes off without leaving any residue. I have used it on handguns for years and never had it peel or come loose even after cleaning with solvents.

Get the rubber, not the "granulate" version as it is like skateboard tape. Here is link to Amazon, but you can get it directly from Talon Grips as well.
