Concerns About Low Humidity and Printer/Ink

Hello,

I live in an apartment where I am not able to adjust the heat or humidity level. In the wintertime, the relative humidity in my apartment is very low (around 10 to 20%).

I am considering buying a Canon pro-10 printer. Will the low humidity level affect how the printer or the inks work or how long they last? Is it possible the inks will dry sooner or something like that? And while I'm on this topic, does very low humidity level (10 to 20%) negatively affect a desktop computer or monitor?

Thanks in advance.
