Yes, as long as everyone stays (more or less) in place and the camera stays (more or less) in place.

Really, if you are using a 16mm lens and you have two rows of people (4-people wide) then you can probably set the aperture to f/4 and have more than enough depth of field to get everyone in focus.

The biggest issue won't be technical so much as... behavioral. Getting people nowadays to act the way you want for more than two seconds is going to be a challenge.
