Lens Fungus Infected by Camera ?

Can the fungus be infected to my lens if my friend borrow it and his old camera maybe carry the fungus?
Because my very new and loving DA300 (bought June2018) has something in the rear lens and I think it is fungus just want to grow, I have nothing with my DFA150-450, DFA 15-30, DA200 and DFA70-200.

Just bought 120L dry cabinet to make sure to eliminate all the fungus.
Btw, what is the humidity for the dry cabinet? I read on the net, it is 45%?

from now, I will refuse if someone want to borrow or try my lenses, and I will not use my camera also to someone lenses, I believe the changing camera and lenses to others are very "fungsky" (fungsky = fungus risky), like often changing partner in the real life... maybe....

I bought also a new lenspen and the store is offering me also for the cleaner, liquid Zeiss or B+W cleaner kit, are they good?

Many thank for the help.
