External drive showing in Time Machine folder-Why?

When I recently opened the Time Machine folder on my iMac I was surprised to see one of my external drives, the one named "Dede", showing in the Time Machine folder, with a small arrow pointing to it. Why would that be? Should I remove it? How should I remove it without affecting the actual external drive? I have no idea how it got in there, don't know if it's supposed to be there what should I do about it, if anything? The only thing that should be in the Time Machine folder is the folder called Backups.backupdb right?

Also, since I'm asking questions, why is there a number 7 in parentheses after the name of my iMac? Curious about that.

Thanks for looking.
