Nikon 20mm f/2.8D or Rokinon 14mm F/2.8?

I'm going to Iceland next month with my Nikon D80. The widest angle lens I have is a 35mm f2.8. Looking to buy a used wide angle lens and I have the option of either Nikon 20mm f/2.8D for $400CAD or Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC Lens For Nikon with AE Chip for $250-300CAD. Which is the better lens?

Also have the option for a Nikon 10.5mm F2.8 fisheye lens for $300-325 but not super keen on fisheye distortion. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
