Question about MFNR (Multi Frame Noise Reduction)

I was wondering if there's anyone who's used this MFNR app:

Is this different from the Hand Held Twilight included on the cam? That feature is good but it has a limitation that it takes only 4 frames and I can't control the ISO etc there.

Does anyone know if this app is essentially the same or is it better. Does it do the following:

1. Allow user specified

1.a. No. of frames

1.b. Shutter speed / aperture

1.c. ISO

2. Drop frames with blur/movement

3. Allow saving of averaged out/medianed RAW

4. Give the option of clicking one (or a few) frame at -3ev (or -n ev) and +3ev, to get better highlight detail? Effectively HDR and MFNR combined.
