Sigma 135/1.8 native - is it good for sport ?

I currently use 2 telephotos
100-400GM which has excellent AF speed and accuracy, but lacks the open apertures.
120-300/2.8 Sports (for Canon with MC-11) which has a beautiful bokeh and low light capability, but the AF does not work properly, adapted on Sony.

I'm considering to replace the 120-300 with the 135 art native.
I know that the IQ is very good.
I can carry it together with the 100-400GM at the same time.
It will be great for portraits.

But the big question - is it good for sport ?
Is the AF working properly and accurately like native Sony glass ?
Another question, will it work with the Sony teleconverter SEL20TC ?
