Seems like a disconnected / bad sensor. Check the service manual here: https://elektrotanya.com/samsung_nx300.pdf/download.html. Opening this camera is pretty easy. Check the sensor connection to the board, remove - reconnect it and if it still does it then maybe it's time to replace the camera with another NX300 (or NX500). You can find a good copy around 100-150 USD. Replacing the sensor would cost about the same (https://www.ebay.com/itm/GENUINE-SAMSUNG-NX300-CCD-SENSOR-PARTS-FOR-REPAIR/283033617638?hash=item41e61e44e6:g:bNAAAOSwBt5ZFf6Y) but if you can't figure the issue then it might still fail (another electronic part failure).
