Premiere Elements 15: white balance?

I am editing underwater videos (Oly EM5II) with Premiere Elements 15 and am not able to adjust a reasonable white balance using "Color", "Color (RGB") or "Temperature and Tint". The colors of the original (25 fps; full HD; MPEG video) are bad, but when I adjust something with the sliders it gets worse (even much worse when using the dummy presets or auto modes).

Do I just not know how to do it right with Premiere Elements 15 or is this program just a toy-program and not for real adjustments?

Is there anything as the eyedropper from Lightroom 6 for WB adjustments?

Thanks for any helpful advice, Wolfgang
