Dust ingress in Lenses

Hi, I have a GM1 with 12-32mm lens with a large fibre within. I've tried moving it by tapping the lens and it moves a little. I am thinking of moving to a GX9 (I need a viewfinder) and have the 8-18mm which is weather sealed. I presume this will avoid dust ingress? I suspect the 12-32mm in its approx. 5K opening & closing actions causes a piston action and a vacuum that pulls in dust. A few LX100 users seem to find this problematical.

I've looked on the MPB website at used 12-60mm lenses and (if I recall correctly) there are samples with minor dust within. So anyone got a view on weather sealed lenses re: dust ingress? Thanks, David
