LX10 custom settings for time lapse

The best quality time lapse video format the LX10 can produce in-camera is 4K. Here are some custom settings I've found that work out well to target 4K:

Manual exposure

Manual focus

Aspect ratio: 16:9

Picture size: Medium JPG (8MP), no RAW

Stabilizer: off

(everything else default)

From these settings, adjust aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focus, and other settings to suit the scene. Then configure and start time lapse sequence.

These settings shoot frames that match 4K resolution to conserve both storage and battery. They also lock focus and exposure for a continuity and without delays to focus each frame.

Save these as one of the custom C1 C2 C3 settings so you can quickly get into and out of time lapse mode.
