Should I switch from Fuji to Sony?

I’m coming from a Canon Rebel t1i originally and just got a Fuji x-T100 with a couple of lenses for it. I’m having second thoughts :/ here are my reasons:

Fuji cons:

- af is way slower than expected but not sure if it’s because of my body or my lens (35 1.4) (other ppl mentioned the xt100 has slower af than the xt20 which I almost got instead)

-lens focal lengths that I want are kinda pricey. There’s no “affordable” 50mm lens. The Fuji option is the 50f2. But it’s like $400. The Fuji 90f2 looks nice but it’s also super expensive, while there is a more affordable Sony 85 1.8. Can anyone compare these? Do these two Fuji lenses give significantly better background blur or sharpness compared to the more affordable Sony ones?

-not sure what the upgrade path would be. X-trans kind of scares me (mine has a Bayer sensor) and no full frame for Fuji. Also, I’m not sure if I could get used to using a camera without a PASM dial like mine has.

Sony cons:

- I remember trying to research a good quality/affordable zoom lens, and I couldn’t find one. Something similar to the Fuji 50-230 lens which is very good.

-lenses are a lot bigger/heavier?

Anyone switch from Fuji to Sony and why? I wish I weren’t so damn indecisive lol
