Sony instantly loses 33% market share in FF MILC vs Canikon BCN

According to the latest BCN market statistics for October in Japan, Canon and Nikon took away a whoping ~33% market share within FF MILC from Sony already.

Considering, that the much lower priced Nikon Z6 is not even out yet, and the Canon EOS R is only out since end of October (!) this should be some heavy alarming news for Sony.

This just goes to show what me and others already predicted way before the release dates of Canikons MILC iterations, that no matter how good or bad those new FF MILC's will be, Sony will either way lose substantial market share within FF MILC.

Now lets see how this will develop until the end of the year, especially since in most european countries and most others worldwide, the Nikon Z7 was sold out for most of the time since realease date and in some still is on back order. The Z6 will just hit market by the end of November and given what one could read in most forums, many more people are considering the Z6 over the Z7, simply for price reasons.
