Have I broken my camera?
I was trying to clean a piece of dust from inside my 5D IV and may have pressed too hard with the cleaning tissue. The part I was trying to clean was above the mirror where the light passes through a filter of some sort on its way to the viewfinder. Now when I look through the finder I can see a small 'scratch' or mark. Given that it's not on the mirror or sensor it doesn't affect the actual photo, just my view through the viewfinder. I've posted a photo below.
I have three questions from this:
1. What's that part of the camera even called?! That frosted plastic thing above the mirror.
2. Have I damaged it and is it recoverable? Is this a permanent scratch or something that can be cleaned out?
3. If not can it be replaced easily?
Here's a photo of the area below with the affected area in the red circle. The camera is upside down. Any advice greatly appreciated!
