NX1 video and 'cheap' SDXC cards...

Hello you friendly Samsungophiles,

So, I've used the NX1 hack to get 160mbps video, which records fine to my Lexar 32GB 1000X SDXC card. This card cost me £22:

Lexar 32GB

Looking around I can see quite a few microSDXC cards with similar specs but much larger capacity, for example:
Sandisk 128GB

So my question will the Sandisk be able to keep up at 160mbps? They both claim 'V30' 30MB/s (i.e. 240 mbps) video speed, so theoretically it should be fine. But then how come the Sandisk is so much cheaper, 400% the capacity for only 50% price difference? Or is it because the Sandisk is only UHS-I, is a UHS-II card needed for that bitrate?

I'd personally rather use the microSD format so I can put it in my tablet to view images during a shoot.

Does anyone know why there's such a huge price difference with these cards?
