I used to say that IBIS is a negative factor because the floating sensor can't have a heat sink on it, but after seeing the teardowns of EOS-R and Nikon Z recently, I can't see any reason to think the non-IBIS body has better cooling.

So, if the cooling is all going to be the same (which does matter for long exposures), then I may as well have IBIS (even if I'll never use it on a Tripod), but I won't pay too much for it, $300 premium sounds right.

The X-H1 apparently does have an exceptional IBIS system, if Fuji can maintain an advantage over the competition then it would be worth more of a premium.

(I'm planning on getting an X-Pro 3 regardless of whether or not it has IBIS, but at this point I'm betting it will, there's no reason not to when the body is that big already.)
