Indecision between Fuji X-E3 and X-E2 passing from X-T100.

For some time I decided to switch to the Fujifilm system. I like the portability of the camera and then I was interested in buying E-X3 with 27 mm f2.8 (about € 850) or one used X-E2 always with 27mm f2.8 (about 400 €). With this system I would have a good mirrorless that I can carry every day with me being very compact and that fits comfortably in the pocket of the jacket. The thing that still makes me think is the cost. By purchasing an E-X2 used with 27mm F2.8, I spend less than half of the E-X3. With the difference, I can easily buy a new additional lens and have a good system. The kind of photos I love is the street and even scenes in low light conditions like the streets of the cities in the evening. With approximately the same amount of the X-E2 with 27mm F2.8 I can buy the new X-T100 with 15-45mm. X-T100 is more voluminous and I think that with 27mm f2.8 it is not as compact as x-e2 or x-e3. According to your experiences is a wrong choice or do you have your advice to give for my choice? Are the qualitative differences between X-E2 and X-E3 so obvious as to justify these economic differences? Thank you all
