Canon 70-200 4.0 non is is a gret lens on Sony ARiii.

I fit it with Sigma mc-11 and it works great.

Most of the times better than th native equivalent.

Give it a try and I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

I am certain that the Metabones IV or V will work, too.

Others have used this lens on the older Sony A7's, too.

My MC-11 arrived a couple of days ago and my Canon 70-20 f/4L USM works very well with it. An instructional video I watched on YouTube showed lights going on on it to indicate the compatibility of the lens and NONE came on.

I thought "What the heck. I'll try it any way?" and it worked just fine!

A large percentage of my images, aside from event work in low light, are wildlife shot through my windows and sliding doors, so I was glad to find out yesterday that ISO 12,800 was not awful - in fact, it was darned good.

It is pouring and grey out and I just shot this downy woodpecker through my sliding door. I processed the raw image with DxO PhotoLab Elite, which retains a heck of a lot of detail, and then tweaked in Photoshop.

So nice that I'm able to use my Canon EF lenses so easily with the Sigma MC-11 converter.

Did you try updating the firmware in the MC-11? That light may come on then; just an idea.
