How can I watch XAVC files on my TV? ... and other questions

Hi, I have some questions to add in this wonderful forum. I Use Edius 9 to make UHD (4K) videoediting. I don't know if it is better to export to XAVC file (Intra Class 300) or H.264 10Mbps. In your opinion which of both can give a better video quality?

I made a test but I can't watch XAVC file on my SONY Bravia TV 65" because it is not read that file. Is there a box like Nvidia SHIELD TV but reading XAVC files?

Do you suggest to export to H.264 100 Mbps (mp4). Edius 9 can create a file with 200 Mbps but I think it is hard to read it.

Do you suggest to continue to mke files H.264 mp4 files and don't to think about XAVC files?

Thanks for some suggestions from expert guys.
