Problem of weight . . . problem of plenty

I am finally going to Antarctica - next month.

Here is the gear I have -

4 DSLR's : EOS 1DX - EOS 5D3 - EOS 5D4 - EOS 7D2

2 compacts : Sony RX1 (35mm f/2 Zeiss lens) and Sony RX100 mk4 (24-70 Zeiss lens)
Lenses :

ZOOM : EF 8-15, EF 11-24, EF 16-35, EF 24-70, EF 70-200mk2, EF 100-400 mk2 and EF 200-400
FIXED : 35 f/1.4, 50 f/1.4, 85 f/1.2, 100 f/2.8, 135 f/1.4
My gear does not reflect t my caliber as a photographer. Just that I am lucky enough to be able to afford it and old enough not to worry about about needing it in the years I have left
I have the necessary support in the form of tripod and monopod and heads for my gear.
I am almost 70 but very fit for my age and can carry heavy equipment day long (can't climb though)
I have carried the 200-400 to Galapagos for a two week photography tour and was able to use it from the Zodiac by squatting on the floor and resting it on the sides.
What should I take ? . . .

Only one regret about photography . . . that I did not start early . . .
