SRGB conversion issues

I can´t figure out what's causing this and it's driving me nuts. So I have an image in Photoshop. Originally from Lightroom. Opened in Prophoto. Then converted to SRGB and then I save it.

When I open the JPEG in a color managed app like Irfan View the shadows are almost crushed. At least darker than how they appear in Photoshop.

See below. This is the exact same image open i Photshop to the left and Irfan Viewer to the right. Photoshop colorspace is ProPhoto but the image is SRGB

What is up with the shadows? I have black point compensation enabled when converting to SRGB
