Yup. Actually, I don't "believe" in this kind of proofs when it comes to color, but it is fun posting this to find out how aware the readers are about color.

This is, at best, is a very technical analysis. It is not real world. One does not judge colour by randomly weighting deviation from a reference colour! That is not what a photo looks like

Real world is much "I like" or "I don't like", then excluding factors like screen or printer, calibration, etc.

Interestingly, the highest placed Canon camera ranked fifth. Yet more pros shoot Canon than the rest combined!

My guess is that many use Canon for other reasons than just "color".

Of course, half the world's pros and all their customers and agencies wouldn't have a clue would they?

Maybe they understand what many amateurs do overlook: A picture is not reality. It is a representation. And it is interpreted as a separate, independent object.

This is also why "true colors" are meaningless, unless you talk about a reproduction that is viewed under a strictly controlled environment.
