Starting out and getting out of auto mode help

Ok so i had a run of dslr`s for about 6 years (first was a d50 which i still have , then went through the d3*** series  and always just stuck it in auto and clicked , not going to lie , its so easy, but i want to do more from that , so at the moment i have the following

Body :Nikon D3300

Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR

Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6G VR

Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR

Nikon Nikkor AF-S 50mm F/1.8 G

Nikon AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G DX

QZSD Q666 Pro Aluminium Tripod Monopod (not the best but its good enough)

So am looking to advance my photography skills. what would be the best way to go about this ? , buy books like this book 1 book 2 book 3 or would a online course be good ? YouTube links ?any kind of help would be very much welcome to the guy who wants to get out of auto so very much

Thanks in advance
