In principle, it's not difficult to emulate the same look. You just need to take some colour samples, create a custom LUT for the camera you use, and hey presto.

Of course you'll also need a custom tone-curve and some added noise - plus some dust spots for that authentic look

A lot of the difference with modern prints is down to the printing more than the emulsion.
