TAMRON SP 15-30MM F/2.8 G2 and Noise

Hello guys,

I just "upgraded" to the TAMRON SP 15-30MM F/2.8 DI VC USD G2 from a Nikon 14-25 F2.8 lens (purely due to the Vibration Control offered by the Tamron).

Colour reproduction with the Tamron is superb and I do not get any flare...

However my only concern is Noise...

I took the attached photo's using the following settings:

VC: On

With Nikon D850 on Tripod +

Nisi V5 150mm Filter with Nisi Landscape CPL

There seems to be alot of noise when compared with photos taken using my Nikon Lens.

Could having the Vibration Control on and using a tripod be the culprit? Lens is overcompensating? I had VC on thinking it would stabalize minor bumps from heavy winds...
