New OM-D E-M5 II with firmware update. Tried focus bracketing, differential 5. Not an award-winner, just enjoying the possibilities. My first attempt, and am excited to try this frequently but in more interesting situations. The extra sharpness is welcome.

Nice! I would have liked to see a little more of the internal details of the bridge myself. Maybe lighten the shadows just a little. But that is just my preference. It is a lovely photo suitable to be printed and hung on a wall.

Memories. If there is one thing I miss it is the changing of the Aspen in Fall in the Colorado Rockies. Thanks for sharing that.

Very nice. Love the angle of view.

Subic Bay Philippines at Sunset. A friendly wave from a local fisherman as he returns from his days work. The boat in the background is a mobile diving platform. Subic Bay is a popular diving area for locals and tourists due to sunken ships and coral formations. It is also a major commercial port and former home to the US Navy Subic Naval Station and Cubi Point Naval Air Station, both of which closed in 1991-92.

Near the wide Missouri River, my wife and I stopped by a river port cafe. There was a blind busker playing his Celtic drum, and I recognized the beat to Red Red Wine.

Blind Busker beating out Red Red Wine

ti started to rain, and a woman and a man got in a big argument and she left yelling back at him, and my wife and I left the scene.

I like it. A very nice shot.

Fascinating colours - are they OOC?
No. I shot raw then tried to process to get to what I remember seeing. The main problem seems to be that in situ, you perceive a low contrast scene as having a lot more contrast than it does - the eye/brain sort of doing auto contrast enhancement. The OOC JPEG would not have that.

However, in other types of scenes the auto adjustment goes other ways. Hence shooting raw then trying to remember what the impression was seems to be the best compromise.

Shooting JPEG with dialed in corrections, you'd need to fine tune the dialed in adjustments for each shot. I'm too lazy for that :) Maybe some other camera has better JPEG automation.

I like the apparent colour shifts across the Panoz picture. Some paints do that and it's always stunning.

Oh man, that 3rd shot!

Yes, very pleasing effect.

Fine series. I love the iridescent paint job of the Panoz.
