If my 6D died right now...

...well first I'd see about repairs, but if it was lost, stolen, fell in the ocean, burned, etc, honestly, I think I'd just have to buy another one.

Unless somebody can suggest a FF camera which I could buy used for $800 or $900, that has the IQ (or better ?) Of my old dinosuar 6D.

Keeping in mind, dynamic range means practically nothing, as I always shoot bracketed sets anyway.

Low MP's are never a problem as I'm getting to where I shoot every great scene with multiple shots for stitching.

As for focusing, I typically only use one focus point... The center one, and pick and choose what I want to focus on, then switch to manual to keep it there, sometimes checking it in live view zoom.

So again, if there is a better (for my purposes), cheaper, FF camera out there, which one is it ?

Crazy I don't really see any other obvious choices even though my 6D is 5yrs old ! It's like cameras keep getting better and better "in ways that just don't matter to me".... And more expensive too.

Photos are my paintings. The camera is my brush.
