Pixma Pro 100 printing paper/transparencies on substrate

Hi all,

I know that title sounds weird but I'm not sure how else to describe it.
Printing out of photoshop I'm getting output of the background, even when I set a transparency.
*I haven't tried printing a PDF yet*
See attached image.

I apologize if this has been addressed, I couldn't find anything.
Anyone have this issue/know how to fix it?

I've only noticed it with my lastest driver update, which I had to install because I wasn't able to create custom paper sizes.

Thanks
Kevin

*note* I'd like to be able to print directly from Photoshop and not use Print Studip Pro
