The word 'lens' appears twice in the write-up. Only one has to do with servicing a lens. Not too sure if this addresses the "no repair for expensive lenses" thing.

Funny, the word 'camera' only appears once.

On the actual Lumix Pro website, they even have photos of someone removing the mount bayonet from both a PL100-400 and a PL12-60...

So, if someone should buy a lens sold as pro-gear, e.g. 200/2.8 and do not have any one of the cameras on the list and do not intend to own any of those cameras, would they ever be able to enjoy this service?

If yes, is there a corresponding list of lenses that qualify for this service?

Eligibility requirements aren't up yet.

If it's anything like Canon or Nikon Professional Services, which would be the gold standard, you typically require two bodies and two lenses that they consider to be on their professional list.
