R vs Z vs L vs E vs GFX and who will survive?

so, there is a lot more on offer in larger format mirrorless now here is my take:

Canon EOS R

- very attractive launch lens lineup

- will likely release attractive body in the future

- unimpressive launch camera

Attractive for people who need a new body, like the r lineup. Will survive, canon makes great lenses.

Nikon Z

- attractive body

- very unimpressive lens lineup (in terms of focal lengths etc, mtfs supposedly great)

- Nikon does not seem to have resources to develop exciting lenses anymore

I think z mount only makes sense as a compliment to f mount users with a lot of af-s style lenses. Looks like the beginning of the end.

Leica - Sigma - Panasonic

- very exciting ecosystem

- impressive lenses by all

- Panasonic makes great bodies, Foveon sensor interesting

- thinner optical glass could be great for some lens designs.

- Fuji going for the kill in ml mf

- gfxr attractive, 100mpx, ibis, pd may be a game changer

what is Pentax and Olympus going to do?

- Pentax might team up with Hasselblad for mf?

- Olympus unclear could join l or e

- regardless, Pentax k, mft and Fuji x seems to not have the best prospects
