New FF and a data center
11

Just because I was curious and had the opportunity to borrow an a7iii...

I borrowed it...

I shot some images in RAW and was tossing them on the old computer...

OMG

I'd need a data center for this thing. Seems a normal image off a Sony a7III is like 45mb. The Olympus E-M1mkII ones are like 18mb (give or take, here or there).

I'd need to really start shooting much more accurately if I went FF, and since the a7rIII files are like 80mb, the Nikon z7 probably the same range, and the Canon EOS R probably 60mb, I'd have to land 2 to 4 times more/better

Those guys and gals shooting them things must have their own data center with a billion terrabytes, or the cameras only take rock solid keepers. I can shoot and store 4 times the junk images I take with my Olympus, so that settles that.

Funny for the day, have a weekend shooting....
